Is this a problem when the spokesman for the Bush administration cannot answer a reporter's question about whether or not we are winning in Iraq? I think the definition of winning would include fewer military and civilian casualties, not more. Welcome to 1984. Iraq is an Orwellian nightmare brought on by this inept administration.

I think it is particularly frightening when the people who started this war cannot tell us:

A) if we are winning or losing

B) what conditions they would consider a victory

C) what milestones need to be made in order to achieve that victory.
