T-Mobile does seem to have some coverage issues.
On paper, their plans are good, but it does no good if you can never use the phone because you have no signal.
I switched to Verizon as soon as my contract was up

Personally, I can't stand T-Mobile. I visit friends in rural areas a lot since I live in a small town and I hardly get any signal at all on the out skirts of town. This is why I'm switching over to Verizon.

I've been with T-Mobile for about 7 years now and have not experienced many problems; my biggest complaint is not having a signal in some buildings, but even that is getting better

T-Mobile has the most nationwide minute plans and the best customer service.
You should check the coverage locater on T-Mobile's website to make sure of your coverage in the locations where you use the phone the most.

I had them a few years ago. They have the best plans out there, especially with the new My Favs. Their reception is as good as anyones. They have a TON of great phones at really good prices (for new accounts). Check out this website, it helped me settle on a carrier:

Verizon is better, even though T-Mobile has cooler phones.
