COMPUTER PEEPS, my browser bar at doesn't have Tools, where else would i go to look for internet options ?

i would like to be able to clear history, at work..

(While in Internet Explorer: )
1. Press Ctrl+H;
2. Under the "View" menu (IN THE PANEL THAT OPENED when you pressed Ctrl+H, NOT THE MENU NEXT TO "EDIT"), make sure "By Date" is selected;
3. Collapse all days &/or weeks;
4. Right-click on one & select "Delete";
5. In the dialog box that pops up, click "Yes".
6. Repeat steps 4 & 5 for any remaining days &/or weeks.
