because the library is a place for studying and reading.they dont want u to junk up the computer with that stuff when other people nned the computers.

Because its too much of a risk of younger children or concerned citizens seeing something they don't want to see. Myspace allows you to put any sort of image and text on your background and on your page and while they claim that pornography is banned from Myspace.com, they can't police every person's page. So, to be on the safe side, libraries MUST ban Myspace.com and all similar sites. This helps keep their risk of liability low.

The "libraries" are for reading, studying, and researching.
It's not a place for reading blogs or comments or connecting with like-minded lazy dolts.
Perhaps you can look up in the dictionary for the correct spelling of library while you are there, instead of trying to build your social network.
