I want to get a song keep the beat but get rid of everything else than like mix them. I want to be able to do alot of stuff involving music. But i dont have the programs.

those you pronounced are not *too* undesirable, yet they're very limited. ideally you prefer ableton or FLstudio or some thing like that, even with the incontrovertible fact that they might get somewhat costly. additionally, check out MixMeister Fusion, even with the incontrovertible fact that back, that's no longer unfastened

you could try to find an old copy of SoundEdit16 - they don't make anymore but this is what I've had for years to edit sound tracks.
Or possibly try... DigiDesign Pro Tools. It ranges from pro, expensive, to afforable home users.
