Don't think there is a fix age. It depends on each and every baby. Some are very precocious whilst other take time to walk and talk.
As far as talking is concerned, the environment can impact on the baby. For instance if the baby is constantly in contact with small kids, it may talk at an early stage. Also when the baby grows up in an environment where people speak different and many languages, it may find it difficult to talk due to confusion.

The window for what is considered 'normal' for babies development is broad. A baby can crawl at 5 months or 9 months, and both are considered normal. Generally speaking, the 'average' age for physical development is as follows- Rolling - 4 months SItting supported - 6 months Sitting unsupported - 7 months Crawling - 8 months Walking - 12 months Teething - around 6 months, although some are born with teeth and others are still toothless on their 1st birthday. Potty training - most are night and day trained by 2 and a half, but again, it depends on the baby, with potty training its about following your childs lead, not forcing them too. They will start to use the toilet when they are ready - simple as that, end of story!! In my experience, it doesn't matter how quickly or slowly your baby learns to do these things (which have nothing to do with intelligence), by the time they are 4 years old, they've all caught up to each other developmentally. When your baby is teething, they can get quite miserable. It is common to experience a rash, fever, dirrohea. You can offer your baby frozen teething rings, oral numbing gel like Bonjela, natural remedies like Highlands Teething Remedy and give childrens paracetomol for the fever and pain

There are a lot of early walkers out there I know, but babies generally start to walk around a yr of age. Most babies can also say mamma, dadda, and maybe one other word around the same time. Very large range though for these sorts of things, and it has little to do with intelligence. Albert Einstein didnt talk until he was 3, but when he started he was speaking full sentences (at least that's how the story goes).

Generally around a year old, but all babies are different. My girls both walked and talked by a year...and haven't stopped since!! Some babies walk around a year and don't talk until 2 or so. And when I say talk, I don't mean full on sentences. Just a few words or putting 2 or 3 words together. But I'm no expert!!
