The first thing you need to do is check all 3 credit reports and make sure everything is accurate. Then see how old everything is and if it's over 7 years notify the credit bureau to have them removed 10 years for liens and bankruptcy. Then to actually start repairing your credit you need to get pre-approved credit cards and in store accounts that will go on your credit. Just look for easy little to no verification accounts to open and pay on time even if it's the minimum and your credit score will start to jump

The items in the BK can not be improved...the way to improve your score is to start establishing good credit through new sources.
Start by getting a SECURED credit card. This requires a deposit the cash into the bank and they establish a credit card with that limit. This will start establishing good credit.

pay all your bills on time from now on. Also you may have to take a high interest loan out, this is what i did, if possible make a few extra payments on it. another avenue is getting a couple of the low credit limit credit cards, dont max them out just make small purchases which you can pay off in 2 or 3 payments.

I used www.720ficoscore.com they were kind and courteous and used the method of seasoned tradelines to boost my credit score in about 6 months so that i could purchase another property. They do the credit repair free for you without purchase. I would say that it is worth it to sign up for the monthly service so that you can really get good solid results.
