Which one are you talking about? The original or the remake? Anyway I've only seen the original and thought it was pretty scary. Damien and that Nurse scared the crap out of me.

Are we talking the original or the recent remake?
Because all of the good moments in the new one are direct quotes of the original; I have no problem with remake sin theory, but there should be a reason for them. This movie did nothing new or different with the original idea except for adding a bunch of dull, cathartic jump-scares that made no sense, and were never explained.

the new or old one? i watched the old one and to be honest id seen the shining about a week earlier and it was nothing compared with it maybe scary at the time but the shining scared me whereas the omen didnt it was a but dull and the graveyard part with the jeckylls was just plain tacky.

Loved it!!! Thought both of them were great - saw the original when it premiered in 1976, loved the 2006 version too! Definitely a great Halloween night movie to watch while the trick or treaters are out!!!

The original (1976) has some extremely frightening moments. The re-make was weak.

I only saw the first one and the baboon scene really scared me. Then again, I was only 5 years old.
I read the book in middle school and it was good.

the original was more dramatic than the 2nd but the 2nd was still great! plus it came out on 6/6/06 BRILLIANT :)

i personally thought both were awesome, the thing that made me jump in the new one was when they were in the graveyard and the dog jumps out of no where. i almost flew out of my seat in the theater, it was so loud! lol
