It seems to me that you are suffering from dyscalculy. It's like being dyslectic, but instead of bad spelling, you have the symptoms described above...
I don't know which country you are living in, but there do exist courses and therapies to improve your skills.
Try typing dyscalculy into a search engine!

Find something you're good at. If you try and force yourself to do something you hate, you'll hate your life. I have the same problem as you do in math, but I love to read. My spelling used to be awful too but I got tired of being able to use the words I love orally and not written. I was going to be an engineer, but after some serious consideration I decided to go into english. If you love it you'll find a way to make it work. If it's your passion, nothing can stop you. There are people out there who spend their lives making video games. I'm sure there is something that you could do. You don't have to be good in those things to be smart. Also, stop feeling like you're supposed to know everything! If you don't like the way you do something change it. Learn it again and try it a new way. I took algebra 3 times and the only way it made sense was in story problems (weird, huh!) That's something most people don't think will make sense, but it did to me. Try it again, and again, and do it in different ways. Eventually you'll find what works for you. Good luck!
