My older bro has to take the credit for this one! It's Vienna by 80's elecro-pop band Ultravox. They were fronted by Midge Ure, who's more famous for getting together with Bob Geldof to make Live Aid. They also wrote the song for that too.
The video is set in Vienna and apparently is to do with Midge being a spy there in Cold War 1960's. The girl is from the Iron Curtain, so there's no way they're gonna be together. It's about love and regret.Hope it helps!

It's from one of those 1980's songs that sticks in your head because it's been used in lots of adverts.
I have no idea what the lyrics mean though sorry! Maybe if I could remember the band or song name it would help - but I can't so this isn't a very good explanation - sorry!

By the sounds of it ol' Midge didn't care much for the Austrian capital, which is understandable as when I was there it was cold and rainy; but they do have very good cake. Perhaps Midge doesn't like "Kaffee und Kuchen".
