You didn't say how old your baby is, but if he/she is newborn up to a few months old, I think you have nothing to worry about. It is very common, almost expected for babies to have one eye smaller than the other. I have had 4 children, and each of them had this, along with all babies that I have ever seen when very small. I'm not sure why, but I do know that as the babies get a little older, the eyes seem to "even out", and eventually will be the same size. My youngest is 11 months and you would never know that her right eye was smaller. Unless your doctor thinks there's a problem, I wouldn't worry. Looks a little strange, but will pass!

My son had a similar problem, one eye seemed to be smaller and stayed closed. The doc said it was a clogged tear duct and to massage to tear duct(the inside corner of the eye where tears come from) 2-4 times a day. After a couple of months the eye came back to normal. sometimes it comes back, but its normal and will not affect your son in any way. P.S. I don't think its a skull problem(even if its shaped a little funny-all baby's do that for just a little while til they are a few months old)so don't worry.

My son skull was lopsided due to being born early and being in a incubator fo 3 months and i used the helmet on him at the age of 2. After he turned 2, I saw no improvement at all So I decided on the helmet which I'm currently using now and it has shown great improvement.
