A judgment is ONLY given in court. If you have a court date then show up and explain to the judge that you offered to make payments. He or She may be sympathetic to you. The only other way is to file Bankruptcy

You don't say whether the judgment is entered or not. If so, You can't unless you have the agreement of the Plaintiff. Call their lawyer & tell them what you want to do. If not yet entered, in some places the judge can get the Plaintiff to go along with a plan.
