Let me first say that anyone who tried to answer this question seriously is more entertaining than the person who asked it. To answer the question, turn signal fluid goes in the turn signal fluid reservoir which is located directly bewteen the conuter valve and the muffler bearing adjuster. Get some new auto parts jokes people.

I think you need a professional help with this one, there are no fluid for your turn signal and there don't made honda neon or you mean dodge neon?

their is no such thing as a turn signal fluid your turn signal quits working you just change the bulb
