Advice needed whether to go ahead in responding or to treat this as a prank?On the letterhead the other Spanish words are:Loteria Y Apuestas Del Estado !

Yes I've received email like this, and I am sure it's a scam. They want you to send them a fee so they can process your winnings? They send out hundreds of emails just like this and them make money off of the fees that people send them. If you send them money, you won't receive any winnings worth what you sent. You might receive a cubic zirconia, or a common emerald that's worthless as your prize, but they're are making their living off of the payments people send to them. Find a good charity to send your money too.

Please.. do not even think of answering this. No one bought a ticket for you. I get e-mail all the time. I think I won every national lotteries out there there is to win: Spanish, British, Italian and so on.
Do not send ANYTHING to them! They are all scams.
