I take it you don't have owners manual ? I am not familiar with Toyota specifically but many cars have a switch, usually in the trunk, that is meant to turn off in the event of an accident. I wouldn't blame the problem on the switch until a little more diagnostics.
Give some more info., if possible, about the events before it wouldn't start. Was it running and quit, was it turned off and wouldn't restart or what.??

There is no "Safety" switch, or fuel cut-off switch. Ford is the only manufacturer that uses that strategy.
Does it crank over, but just not start?
Does it NOT crank over?
Do the lights all come on?
Does the horn work?
Do the headlights work?

Some of these questions answered will go a long way in someone getting you more than smart*ss answers.
Sorry yer havin' such a bad day.

The ignition switch? If you can't find that, no wonder it won't start?!
