My mothers next door neighbor is an asshole if there ever was one. He has cut her electricity, revs his corvettes engine at 3 in the morning knowing my mom has to wake early for work and her bedroom window is right by his driveway, threatens to hurt her dogs, and just yesterday cut her cable wire. The cops wont do anything which pisses me off even more. Im in a delicate situation seeing hows ive already got some criminal history, but ill be damned if I stand by idly and watch this guy torture my mother. Any suggestions on a good, but low risk payback? It sure would be sad if something happened to his pretty corvette wouldnt it?

Put 4-sale sign up all over town selling his vette cheap. Put his phone # on it and with the best time to call between midnight and 5am. If you have a gay friend, have them write his name and # on the wall of a local gay bar.

revenge only add fuel to the fire. it becomes a never ending cycle of abuse. have your mom document every incident. dates, times and what the neighbor does. this is considered a legal document in a court of law and if it comes to that, your mom will have the best proof of the neighbors actions. as well as documentation from the police calls. a record of disturbances can be obtained from the police dept to back up your moms documentation. if the neighbor has made threats, then the police need to be called and have the incident documented. maybe a restraining order can be issued (if the judge sees fit) so in the future when your mom calls the police, they will come right away and take the issue more seriously.

Revenge is a dish best served cold. Having said that, I think you should look for something that he couldnt blame anyone for. Something small like-breaking off the tip of his fishing pole. If you dont have access to his garage, you could do something like order 10 pizza's for him from a payphone. Or, cancel his cable. But waiting awhile and not doing anything but waiting for the right time may be the way to go.
Doing something to his car could get you in big trouble but you could let the air out of one of his tires some night...

u could put suger in his gas tank or put nails under his tires or put super gule on his door handes or put some dog **** in a papper bag on his door step on fire on helloween or just the old tp his house on helloween there is some

take him to court, if you get a restraining order the cops will have no choice but to enforce it or they can be held in contempt
