I think it's illegal for companies to send queen ants through the mail.

Usually, you need to get the ants yourself. You will need to put some sugar on the sidewalk and gather those ants, as they are from the same colony. You can send away for ants, but sometimes they aren't even alive when they reach you. Have fun!

You buy the kit, and then send out for the ants. I am not sure they include a queen.
