Its located in the back end of the Flux Capacitator.

If your "Check Engine" light is on, and the code you retrieved is "P0440", it is an indication that there is a failure in the EVAP system of some kind. It may be that the purge valve/solenoid has failed or registers outside of specified range, or the canister could be restricted in flow during purge "Test" mode, or MOST LIKELY the fuel cap was either left off, not secured sufficiently, or has failed and will require replacement.
Start with the fuel cap and turn the light out. Give it several days to re-test the EVAP monitor, and if it stays out, BINGO, ya got it. If the light comes back on, your options will be 2...
1) Secure the repair manual and follow the proper diagnostic and repair procedures,
or
2) Take it to a repair facility, either the dealer, or a REPUTABLE shop displaying the ASE shingle.

Between the poo 439 and the 441, on the "up side" of the widget valve.
