I have keyless entry, and the battery is drained.

go to the dealer with your vin number they will make you a key for about 25 dollars take your id

I would:
Raise the car some how, jack, tow truck etc. Get under and see if you can connect jumper cables or even a couple of maybe #10
or so wire to the starter battery terminals.
This should give sufficient power to operate keyless entry.

Can you hook up a battery charger. to get power to your key less entry, that would be what I'd try first. Windows are an expensive repair, back window is cheaper/ easier to repair than side.

See if you can get a light cover off and then put power to the system. That is the only way is to get power to the system. If you can't you will have to call a wrecker service they can usually get in. It will cost you. Call and ask if they can do it and how much.
