My husband spent 26 years in the Canadian Arm Forces, another 9 years doing the same job only as a civilian. He knew he would lose on his service pension but not off the other one and when he turned 65 he went a 100.00 in the hole. WHERE IN GOD"S NAME IN THEJUSTICE IN THAT,WHEN WE ARE SUCH HONEST PEOPLE. Someone must have an answer for that

I think allot of pension plans that enable early retirement take money from their pensions when the individual starts to draw from the Canada Pension Plan. My company has one of the best private sector pension plans in the country and they do the same thing.
