You have to call microsoft if you have forgotten your administrator password.

Under some circumstances you can rest the password. Go into the boot menu (by pressing either the esc key of F8 before windows finishes loading.
Look for admin functions and reset password or remove admin rights. You may have to play around a bit to find exactly what you need. I was able to do this on a laptop given to me.
If you can't get around this your only option would be to remove the CMOS battery and leave your computer unplugged for several minutes then replace the battery and start 'er up. All the old settings will be gone.

Try installing your XP disc and choosing an install option where you do NOT create a new partition (deleting all of you hard drive) this way your pc should reset itself?

press ctrl+alt+del two or three time
then a login screen will appear. type administrator as user name
and leave the password field blank. hit enter and u can login with admin rights. from now u can do any thing with your account and passwords.
