why is pain neccasary?
If we lived our entire lives in the light, never experiencing shadows, or nightfall, how would we know how good we have it. We would find a reason to complain about anything, just because we didn't know TRUE pain.
But those who walk through the vally of the shadow of death, know true happieness. They hear complaints about petty money problems, or my car broke down, they look at these problems and say, so....
life goes on, because they have experienced true pain, maybe losing a loved one, or seeing war, death, famine, and REAL poverty first hand. Those experiences shaped the individuals seeing them into caring humans, sometimes,
walking from darkness into light is the only way to know how pure the light is, otherwise, what would you have to compare it too. the yin and the yan

speaking of cookies, why do people not load up on chocolate chips when making chocolate chip cookies? i mean why not put an extra bag of chips in the recipe after all it's the chocolate that makes the cookie right? so that's my why.
