investors/traders reaction to Qwest scandal back to 1999-2002?

I worked at Qwest headquarters - they have not recovered completely. Several employees and former employees are still furious with Naccio. The entire executive staff has turned over and they are still having layoffs on a semi-regular basis. It's not a pretty scenario.......
