make sure you give them your have of the rent, with the house key when you walk out the door, dont leave them in a financial bind

Kindly explain to theme why you re breaking up and if that did not work write them a letter with a pink rose attached to it and after an hour meet them and quietly discuss the issue.
I do not like conflict to be this is the best way to do it hope it works =)

I don't think there is any way to avoid the hurt. Sometimes you have to do what's best for you. You can break up and be kind about it but I think the one being broken up with will be hurt regardless of how tactful and nice you are.

you can't do it without hurting the person.
but it's better to hurt them now.
it's impossible to leave someone who wants you without hurting them.
you must break some hearts in pursuit of your own happiness.
your life is most important.
don't be a slave to the other person's feelings.
they are not your responsibilitly.
i know you don't want to hurt the person, and that is not your intent. you just want the life you want.
make sure you are responsible about money/bills, etc.
and conduct yourself honorably in the situation.

unfornutate they will always get hurt one way or another. but it is better to tell the turth and get it over with than continue to live with a person that you dont love anymore.
just be honest, and hope for the best.
in the long run, it is better
