Did the lid stick when you tried to open that can of worms?

The American military is acting on orders from their superiors. The commander and chief has stated his commitment to the citizens of Iraq, the citizens of United States of America, the UN, and to the world, prior to and throughout the course of the war effort, that he will not leave Iraq until the mission is of restoring order and promoting democracy to Iraq is accomplished.

Perhaps you'd like to see another Taliban-type regime instead!? Or, maybe an Ayatollah Khomeini II with Nuclear weapons aimed at US cities!? Maybe yours.....Do you have any great ideas, or do just want to whine and pine some more like you and the rest of the "DNC Freak-show" seems to be so good at!?!?

Obviously, this is to ensure the security and protection of the Iraqi citizens, and the national security interests of the United States of America.

This concept seems to be illusive to LIBERAL thinking folks like yourself who fail to or are unable to comprehend a much larger world view.

No the troops have plenty of oil, diesel and jet fuel to continue killing the terrorists and Madi militia that are infiltrating Al Aqsa Martyr's Brigade and AL Qaeda members from Syria and Iran to learn how to fight Americans. If we did pull out then the WTC would replay itself and you would complain that we didn't finish the job. When my kids whine like this I put them in time out in their rooms until they figure out how the world works.

On the other hand, if you are talking about crude oil; Iraq production has been at pre-war capacity since 2003. It would help if you libs would use mass transit instead of SUV's for your jaunts into the woods, stop buying any product that has a petrochemical derivative in it and stop demanding that the US military intervene in every third world hut park crisis. Leave the responsible consumption of petrochemicals to those of us willing to earn enough money to pay for them. DRILL ANWAR LIKE AN ANGRY DENTIST!!!!!!

American troops are stillin Iraq because the country is still a complete mess. Oil is just one of the factors of why USA took action.

It may have been the reason we went in the first place. Maybe not.
But it is big on the list of reasons to stay. If we leave, the whole Middle East might destabilize. The results for the world economy because of the regions oil reserves would be disastrous.

George is the reason for every bad thing that happens to American troops. I want to send George to Iraq and leave him there and bring our soldiers home. George does love money and oil. Where's there's oil George will send our troops!

I agree with what you're implying but I wouldn't say it quite that way. Oil is the reason we are there to begin with. And our troops are not coming out because there is no exit strategy. And the administration would love for our troops to remain there as a permanent presence in the region. Surely you are aware of the Vatican sized embassey we're building. Who do you think will live there?

The troops never left South Korea, what makes you think they will be leaving Iraq anytime soon?

No. if they'd leave now, the whole country would degenerate into a violent civil war...they know they need to get out as soon as possible but when they leave, the country has to at least seem in better shape then when they attacked.

Where is it? Why isn't the US enjoying the benefit of Iraq oil?

Lying really, really looks bad when you liberals are sooooo blatant about it.

why are you liberals so concerned about oil,you know what yes they are,and what of it,next time you or any liberal opens his/her trap about oil, make sure you have sold,or given everything you have to the poor, and are now living in a hut made of leaves, you hunt your own food, and have leaves covering your goodies, because everything is made with oil one way or another,so shut up and practice what you preach before you open your trap!
