My washer does,but I don't use it. Start filling up the machine with hot water, then put your soap and bleach in. Make sure it's all mixed up good and then add your clothes.

If that the case, i would start the water and then add bleach. If you have more than a gallon of water to one cup of bleach, you are safe to put the clothes in.
