i doubt anyone is 'qualified' to be your friend, which would make you a very lonely girl.
there is no such thing as qualifying for friendship, accept your friends for who they are, if you like them for who they are and they like you, then get over yourself and try to be THEIR friend (you'll soon see that you don't qualify either, but hopefully that won't stop you from being a friend to them) - the world is a big scary place, you're going to need friends.
