It depends upon whether it is something with strict rules like Greco-Roman wrestling or whether it is a steel-cage, Fight Club type fight. If the former, it would be the chicken because size would be a definite advantage. If the latter, then the hamster would win because he could sneak in like some sort of a weapon hiding it in its invisible fur and whipping it out when that big, slow chicken has its back turned.

I'd put my money on the chicken. I don't believe hamsters can leap very high in the air, so all the hamster could do is bite at the chicken's feet. The chicken would feel something annoying (how much could a hamster bite hurt a 700 pound chicken?), and start stamping around and flapping his huge wings.
The hamster would get stomped by the chicken's grotesquely large bird feet or flung around by the wind from the giant wings.
Chicken all the way.

The chicken. What could a little hampster possibly do to a 700 lb chicken? All the chicken would have to do is walk around and it would eventually squash it.

The invisible hamster. Because since the chicken couldn't see it, it could sneak up on the chicken and bite it's throat out. As long as it doesn't get shaken out.
