I ovulated on the 6th and had sex that day...i have been trying to concieve...my period is late but i don't have any symptoms except being tired all the time and breast a little tender to the touch....what could cause me to be late?

Lots and lots of things could cause you to be late, including stress, illness, infection, too much strenuous exercise, cysts, etc, etc..
One of the things that could cause you to be late, of course, is pregnancy.
Why don't you dash off the drug store or grocery store &
buy a home pregnancy test? Use first-morning urine for the best results, and wait until your period is at least 3 days to 5 days late for the most accurate results. "First Response" is one of the most sensitive tests for detecting pregnancy. Good luck.

when i got pregnant,i was trying also, i didn't have any symptoms either. the only thing was that i was a little nauseous for a day and that my period was a late. i didn't think much of it because that had happened to me before and i didn't want to get excited and later find out i wasn't. so i guess not everybody is the same and some women get all kinds of symptoms and some don't. GOOD LUCK and hopefully you are pregnant.

I would say stress. Stress does alot to thebody and mind. Just try to relax, it will happen give it some time.
But if you want to know there are Early pregnacy test out on the market. I think you take one as little as one day after a missed period since it is decting a certain hormone in the body.

It could be either 1 of 2 things. You could either be pregnant (congrats if you are) or it could be down to the stress (i say stress but it's not really that) of wanting to get pregnant, and having to wait to find out. Go get a test to find out if you are, and good luck to you! x

from my understanding if your ovulating and had sex your very susceptible to becoming pregnant and the tenderness of the breast are all signs.

UGH PREGNANCY silly they are all the sure signs of a little bun in the oven go get yourself a test and follow up with your GYN!!

well we are only on the 20th. Wait 2 more wks and take the test.

congratulations may be in order, get a rabbit test done.
you should be able to get one (pregnacy test kit)at your local drug store.if iit is postive ,follow up with a visit to your doctor,
if negative, just try, try again.(hey !! and have fun.)
