I have been with Tiscali for about 5 months i already get 2meg and wanted to shop around for 8meg and maybe better offers, but all get is message like this:
"We have detected a product that may be currently unsuitable for Broadband on your line" or "We have detected a feature or service on your line that is incompatible with Broadband. Your line maybe a 30k loop, private circuits, RedCare, Meter Pulse or a PBX extension line. You will either have to ask BT to remove this feature or choose another line"
What does this mean i already have broadband what could the problem be? Any help would be great......... Thanks
