the tightning is braxton hicks contractions. This is just your body practicing. It is very normal. I am 25 weeks, and have felt this for about 7 weeks now. If it is to a point that it hurts then be checked for a uti. Other than that there is nothing to worrie about. NORMAL

Usually at 20 weeks, a kick feels like little butterflies in your belly. The tightening could be many things. But yes, movement is one thing it could be. Does the tightening increase ofter you eat or start moving around after a period of sitting? If so, then yes it probably is the bbay moving.

Your baby could be stretching or rolling over or just swimming around. It could be many things. Anything you are concerned about should be told to your doctor. He or she is the final answer. If this is bothering you I would give him a call unless you are due for your checkup soon and then ask in person. Good luck to you and may God grant blessings to you and your little one.

Might be Braxton-Hicks contractions. They can start at the beginning of the second trimester.
