I want to either ad a video to my Media Player or the My videos folder on my computer

Open Windows Media Player, press F3. It will search for all media including sound and videos on your computer. Once, done you can look at Library in Windows Media Player, and play whatever you want.

does your media player support video if it does you just put the movies on your itunes or whatever music player you have on your pc then you hook up your mp3 divice and power it on then wait for the pc to notice the mp3 and then click start sync and then it will start

you have open file then click on open browse the video file you want then click on open it will play automatically

just drag and drop it at play list or copy paste
