It prints the lines on all the pages until the last 2 pages, then it stops. I've checked all the settings and format and it looks ok, i cant seem to find out what is going wrong.

Maybe you have set the print area or pages
try clear the print area by clicking File at the top left corner
go to print area, then click clear print area
Check also page view, if need be drag it to suit your preference
Hope this will solve your problem

Assuming you have the Print Area set and the Gridlnes box checked on the Sheet tab of the Page Set up option, I have found that Excel prints gridlines for all pages when
a) you have some sort of data in the last cell of your print area(even it it is only a space or a character formatted in White font to be invisible in a clear cell)
b) you have a page header or footer
Try either or both of you have not already

Try this:

1. Select all Worksheets in your Workbook. Right mouse click on a sheet's tab and select the option "Select All Sheets" from the pop-up menu.
2. Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Options".
3. On the "View" tab, make sure "Gridlines" is checked and "Gridlines color" is set to "Automatic".
4. Click on the "OK" button.

With all worksheets selected:
1. Go to the "File" menu and select "Page Setup"
2. On the "Sheet" make sure "Gridlines" is checked in the "Print" section of the window.
3. Click on the "OK" button.

Now try to print the workbook. This should do it!

You may have columns way over to right that Excel thinks you want printed. Look past the last column you want to print and see if you have anything there, including perhaps a space. If there is anything to the right of the right margin, Excel goes into a "fit" and thinks you need extra pages.

I have not tried printing multiple pages, but I have had success as follows. Go to tools/options, click the view tab and put a check in the box for "gridlines". Next, go to file/page setup, click the "sheet" tab and put a check in the gridlines box.
This procedure has worked for me. Good Luck.
