No, a stove does not come with the property unless the lease says it does.

Not necessarily. Was the home advertised as 'unfurnished?' If you bought the stove when you moved in then just take it with you when you move out. Another option would be to do as you indicated and offer to leave the stove if the landlord would reimburse you for it.

Typically rentals come with refrigerators and stoves. However there is no requirement that that be so.
Was there a stove there when you first looked at it and agreed to rent? If there was a gaping hole where the stove would be, that would have been my first question to the landlord.
If when you looked at it, there was a stove, and if the rental agreement makes no mention one way or another, and if the landlord did not tell you he was taking the stove out, I would say that landlord owes you a stove.

A stove and oven must be provided in good working condition (unless written agreement requires the tenant to provide these).

You rented a place with no stove? I doubt you will get reimbursed, but take the stove with you when you leave.

Was it listed on your lease? You should have done a check list before moving in. If you purchased one, than it's yours. When you move out. Take it with you, or sell it to the owner.
