it's very important that if you think you may have hiv to get tested every 3 months for a year to make positive it stays negative. If you have chlamydia than your partner has it too, it's your duty to make sure you tell them so they can get treated. It's also wise that you dump that person and start using condoms. Just remember when you have sex with one person, you're having sex with every person they've had sex with and so on. Please protect yourself always. Good luck to you.

One negative result for HIV doesn't mean you don't have it. The incubation period for HIV can vary in different people. Most doctors recommend that you get tested at 3 or 6 month intervals for a year to be more sure of the negative results.
You do however have chalamydia, get that treated ASAP!!!

No, one negative test does not mean that you don't have HIV. You may not have seroconverted (have enough of the virus in your bloodstream to be detectable), it can sometimes take months. You need to have yourself retested in 6 months. ANd since you caught chlamydia, you obviously need to use condoms when you have sex. This will reduce the risks of you catching or spreading anything else to other people.

Yes they are totally separate STDs. So if your HIV test was negative, you don't have HIV.

I would take care of the clamidia and then get tested again for AIDS but I think it means what it says.
