I am looking for a Nobstick Hall in Lancashire. Was this a real place or a way of describing the toffs house?

Knobstick Hall is on the 1901 census around Sutton Heath Road. It is the next entry after "Ghyllbank and before Ellbess (Hellbess) Lane and a few entries before Jockey's Brow. Also nearby is Burtonhead Farm. On Old Maps http://www.old-maps.co.uk/ dated 1849 -1850 Gyhllbank is near Ravenhead Colliery and Ravenhead House with Jockey's Houses close by but no sign of Knobstick Hall.
