The square foot price varies between $3.32 to $7.03 per square foot, depending on quality. It also depends on what part of the country your in. the following is what is included in that price

Includes: vinyl floor covering, adhesive, patching compound, and installation labor.
Quality: sheet goods, non-inlaid vinyl with soft finish and moderate thickness.
Note: price for vinyl installed over new underlayment with a minimal amount of prep work
