I teach critical reading and writing courses in college, and students always complain about the work load. These classes are very demanding. There is a lot of reading and writing, which takes time. Is it difficult? If you are a strong reader and writer, obviously it is less difficult for you than for those who struggle with reading and/or writing. The biggest mistake students make is to take too many demanding, time-consuming courses in a single semester. Balance out your course load not just by looking at units, but also by considering the demands of each course.

1.Amherst College is leaning towards a No, because you seem to lack some of the extracurricular that help you stick out alot 2.SUNY Binghamton- I would say you would get in for sure 3.Boston University- I would say you would get in 80% 4.Bucknell- I would say you would get in 85% 5.Carnegie Mellon- maybe like around 75%, I don't really know how their admission is like 6.Cornell- I would say a half and half chance, it is one of the harder schools to get in 7.Duke- half and half again Duke is somewhat easier to get in, but not much easier than Cornell 8.SUNY Geneseo-I should say you should get in for sure 9.Johns Hopkins-maybe half and half again, same as Duke and Cornell, can't tell anything can happen 10.Northeastern-Should get in 11.RPI-I don't know this school rochester polytechnic? if so you should get in 12.SUNY Stony Brook-For sure 13.Tufts- probably Tufts to me is quite hard to get into some I would say same as Duke, Cornell and John Hopkins 14.WPI-Uh don't know what this school is 15.Yale-probably not To be honest you don't have anything that sticks out to me. I'm basing this on your grades and extra curricular, but remember personal statement is how you persuade the admission officer in connecting your stuff together so they could tip you over to getting accepted
