Ohhh Georgie...C'MON!! Think about this one. Yes, he struck out looking which killed me last night. However, he has 11 Homeruns in 22 post season games. 3 homers this year, 4 RBI's....way more than A-Rod has ever done ever in ANY playoff game.

He is the mighty Casey. The Mutville 9 trailing by 2, bases loaded, 2 outs, bottom of ninth and the mighty Carlos strides to the plate. It's almost right out of the poem.

come on swing at the ball come on its 0-2 u have to i cant beleive he was watching the ball go by him. especially when world series is on the line. beleive me this is gonna get to him and he's going to turn into a A-rod. actually A-Rod was never good in the postseason but Beltran had a great postseason with the astros. he was their MVP

It was a slow curve that barely caoght the bottom of the strike zone, Carlos was obviously looking for a inside fastball. He made the last out, so what. The game turned on an earlier strikout, and one that wasn't good, by a guy who did nothing in the playoffs, Valantin!

No because Beltran does produce in the playoffs, a rod doesn't. You cant call him bad yet because of one at bat.

Maybe, but the Cardinals winning took Pujols off the hook as the next A-Rod. He didn't even show up for the NLCS. They should have made him buy a ticket to watch the games.

Quick to jump to conclusions aren't we. Beltran had been insane in his Postseason career. Everyone has a fall back moment when the pressure is on. Everyone.

Rum shots anyway, but C'mon!

Now I am sick and tired of people trashing arod who is on track to destroy the hr record of 754 steroid free. (Barry Bonds deserves to get all of his hr taken away he is ruining baseball). I would like to see any one in the league produce like alex and have to deal with all of this pressure day in and day out. Jeter didn't do much this ALDS so shut up about AROD he is a freakin 1st ballot hall of famer. He deserves the $25 mill a year he is the Best player in my mind. And one more thing he will not be traded give him one more year to be a yank. I am the only yankees fan who likes arod. Arod is so much better than Beltran. If you have a PROBLEM with me than Email me got it.
