I am nice looking, but my body frame is slightly masculine. I am looking for something natural that will make me look more feminine. I read that Shatavari and Fenugreek are good. Is this true?

Fenugreek is for the respiratory system look into Wild Yam, it supports the hormones needed for your situation........just to add herbs and supplements are NOT dangerous, Prescription drugs are. With herbs your body will just dispose what it doesn't need and keep what it does, I know I take nothing but natural herbs.

While there are no dangerous herbs, there are certain herbs that can have side effects when used in combination or with some people's body chemistry.

My advice would be to consult a local herbalist or holistic healer before taking an herbal supplement. A local herbalist or healer will know better what is local and what will work for you, and will be better able to spot possible side effects.

Keep in mind that herbs and natural healing encourages your body to maintain balance. If your body is balanced in its current shape, then you can take herbs all day and they won't change it.

The suggestion about a trainer is also a good one, probably a better suggestion than herbs. By targeting certain areas of your body for different muscle development, you can change your shape. Keep in mind that you will get out what you put in and that you need to maintain balance in the workout to keep from overdeveloping or working one part more than another, which can cause problems by pulling your bone structure out of alignment and can cause muscle and joint problems as they are loaded in-correctly.

Good luck!

Herbs and supplements are dangerous. You should not take any drug, herb or suplement without an exam and labs from a medical doctor. Herbalists will sell you anything with no regard to your long term health. Many herbs and suplemnts can cause serious health rsiks, many have not been studied, many things can interact etc. This should not be taken lightly dear. Love yourself for you.

Instead of taking herbs why not ask a gym trainer for advice on getting a few curves?
