Well I'm a cancer and they are nice and sensitive people. More down to earth.

Great senses of humor. They can be the original M & M people - cranky hard shell with the soft interior. A Cancer will scold you for your lateness habit, but will drive hours to pick you up because it isn't safe to wait in the train station alone. They are personable, but are very self protective, sometimes missing opportunities for closeness because they have been hurt, and they never want to go through that again. It's a shame, because they are happier in relationships where there is trust. They are also very nurturing.
Cancers can get moody, but sometimes they aren't aware of what brought about the mood. They may feel its one thing, and wonder why the mood is still hanging on. Sometimes, its an entirely different aspect of the situation (which they hadn't considered, or subconsciously avoided). When they realize what's going on, they make their peace and move on. It's a good idea for cancers to keep a journal.

They make the best friends in the world...always there in a crisis, listen carefully and emote along with you...they are loyal beyond belief, love good food, i mean LOVE it......and are extremely home like..as in home bodies. I have two planets i cancer and i believe it makes me a far more sensitive individual. Loving, forgiving and though sometimes apprehensive, always the shoulder to cry on. Of course Cancers are wonderful! Look..i am a Virgo...but i love the sign cancer.....I know so very many people who are in the cancerian birthday range and tho they can become upset, it is short lived. They appreciate the smallest things, love children and a good dessert and movie...who better to hang out with...?????!!!!!

Go Hazel! that's reality people. Despite their numerous good qualities, I must say the closed minded thing really gets my goat. I am dating a cancer, and I really like him..i mean alot. BUT! He wont take a chance and expound on a risky topic, he clings to what he knows and what has proof like a Woobie Gra'ma made him. I think it is fear based though, so its something that can be accepted and understood. He is so afraid to step on any toes. If only he knew he certainly wouldn't squash mine, i have had steel toes for years, figuratively speaking of course. Incidentally though he is very kind and in tune with my desires

I think they make excellent friends. From my experience Cancers are very cool people to be around...very funny, sarcastic, smart, full of life and vibrant.
They tend to brighten up most situations and they have excellent smiles..
I have dealt with many a Cancer in my life (my grandma who passed away was a Cancer and she was just an awesome person) and they do have their faults (like all signs...) such as they "why me" attitude and sometimes they become depressed quite easily...but their positive attributes tend to outweight their negative...
loyal, easygoing, funny, charming, hardworking, clever, intelligent and like I said: very very vibrant. Their smiles are ones you will always remember...

I think Cancerian are thoughful, highly intuitive (we read hearts and minds), moody and Ultra-sensitive.

I'm a Cancer and we're very emotional,kind,caring,sensitive people.We do tend to get easily hurt though so be careful and can tend to hold grudges with those who we feeled wronged us.We are also very intelligent and deep thinking beings.Hope that helps.Enjoy your catch

I'm a Cancer(June 30) and I think we are great! My best friend is a Cancer(June 30), and she is like a sister to me. Cancers are wonderful, sensitive people.

my bf is a cancer and very family orientent there gf or bf will come last in line last year for birthday his cuz got a 60 bucks his cuz wife 150 bucks me nothing not even a card my ex said happy bd before he did he came over at 6 in the morning and passed out on my couch xmas was the same cuzz and wife me zippo valentine day i got a bottly of calone for valentine / xmas i always buy him something ..
