Coat the threads of the head bolts with GM 1052080 thread sealer or equivalent. Install the head bolts and tighten in sequence, in three passes, to 65 ft lbs. (92 Nm).
Oh and a 350small block is a 5.7L

Good engine, and about to turn 50 years old!
Best bet is to go and buy a motor manual for the vehicle. That way you will have all the information you need. It's not JUST the torque, it's the order it's done in to seat things properly, and the steps that need to be done.
