If someone invented a flying submarine RV house with attached pool. would you want one?

I know this is a silly question but it sure seems were headed that way when you think they now make an RV that swims. think I'm kidding? http://www.terrawind.com/
stupid as it sounds I want one...so who wants to lend me the million bucks for it?
