If I had it my way, I would not want to die at all, but continue to live, and live with a fairly young body. If I were an immortal, I believe I'll have plenty of time to accomplish all of my dreams and ambitions, from the mudane, to the most unusual and hard to reach. There is so much out there to learn and accomplish that many lifetimes would be needed, and that is here on Earth only. Imagine if we could go to the planets and stars.

I'm 65 and would prefer my death to be during my very last day on Earth(a touch of Philosophy.) I figure I have about 20 years left, but I would be ready at any age, especially if I become dependent on family and/or friends for my daily existence.

55 is way to young yet. If in good health I would like to live as old as possible.

Doesn't matter. All I care about is having a peaceful state of mind when I die. Buddhist believe you are reborn in the life condition you leave in. So, I want to die happy!
