Of course she is Black. I don't really understand what people think Black is suppose to look like. My grandmother for instance, has a Black father and mother and she has blue eyes. I know my friends who are twins, are albino and their parents are dark in complexion. A lot of times on television, they only show Black people one certain shade and when they show us with light complexion, it is emphasized that one parent is different race. I know from my own personal experience, that a Black child can come out shades lighter than both their darker parents. My skin is shades lighter than both my mother and father and I am the spitting image of my father but lighter in complexion. Black people come in all shades and colors regardless if both parents are dark in color and there is no one certain way that we are suppose to look.
