That is so funny, because my boss asked me how to spell it just yesterday, and I just sat here and thought the he is a complete retard.

Can't ... or are not spelling it correctly? Most are not spelling police who enjoy insulting others to make themselves feel better ... certainly, if your profession is relying of the proper "Dot the 'I's' and "Cross the 'T's'" then its important to police the spelling --- but in a non-paid place like YA; who care's?
Sadly, I see too many ppl insulting others on spelling (here on YA) which does not open ppl (bad spellers) to improve themselves, but rather, shut the person down so they will not try at all.
