Dell sucks....They used to be great but ever since they went "cheap" their products have gone down the toilet.

I bought 5 notebooks from them a while back and every single hard drive died withing 3 weeks of each other...Different model note books BTW.

Their desktop stink too....Tell me how they can put together a system for $400 and include a monitor and printer? Its because the components are the cheapest crap they can scrounge. In the past it wasn't like this but now? Now it stinks!

Don't bother calling tech support unless you like speaking to "prompt readers" that don't have a clue about computers, because all they are going to do is repeat back to you all the things you already tried...Then have no answers for you.

Dell=Garbage....Find another brand (not gateway either) I've been having much better success with HP and Alienware.

I can't tell you exactly about the 6400, but i have had three dell computers now and I love them. There customer service is great, there deals are incredible, and I have had no hardware problems what so ever. I highly recommend Dell.
