Stay at the Cumberland Hotel at Marble Arch provided you can get a good price on the internet at about
111 pounds.

It's a broad question; too many variables,eg where are you travelling from,how are you travelling,where (in london)are you staying,north,south,eastend, city, west london (trust me it's relevent)hotels,b&b,police cells
but as a rough guide i'd take minimum £500

I stay in "The Regent Palace" hotel in Piccadilly Circus its cheap and cheerful and in the heart of everything. Tube station outside the door.
