Just read almost 30 wrong answers! What's the matter with intelligence these days, is it going out of fashion?
In Britain at least,a King could NOT marry a man because same sex marriage does not exist in the United Kingdom.
Civil Partnership is not marriage.
Look at the definition of marriage (the union of a MAN and a WOMAN) and perhaps you may begin to understand.
As to a member of the Royal Family contracting a civil partnership, WHO KNOWS?

There have been lots of gay kings in history. They are supposed to have children for their dynasty. So they have been having sexual relationships in secret meanwhile marrying women. When is Albert of Monaco getting married? Any princesses for Monaco around?

The real question here is not what the guy will be to the royal family but rather, how did the gay king become a KING. I thought kings were raised to be noble...a gay king will be dangerious to all his male subjects especially when u remember what the non-gay kings do to their female subjects

I hate to say it but the world may have moved on but at the moment their is no way it would ever happen. The fact is that the royal family wouldn't allow it and sorry but the country wouldn't. Me I think it would be great however they have to have children or it goes to another royal, and that's the way it is.

He's the gay King's gay husband! And personally I find nothing wrong with that at all. Though, if he is flamboyant enough, they still would call him a Queen!

As if that would ever be allowed anyway. The powers that be would not allow that to be public information.

It would probably never be allowed but he would have the same title as a man who marries a ruling queen.

He would be The 'Prince Consort.'
