The problem isn't what your boyfriend is doing, but how you take it. Seems like you have an anger problem that could occur with anyone.
What is it that takes you to the boiling point? Figure that out and work your way backwards.
There are two kinds of poeple in this world. Some piss us off because they are trying to do it, while others piss us off and don't realize it.
You need to give people a chance to change their behavior if they have upset you. If they keep doing it, then you have a right to get angry.
Just tell him to stop and that it upsets you. But don't just confront him on it. Some of the best way to give feedback is to work it casualy into a conversation. This way your not banging him over the head about something that he may not realize bothers you.
On the other hand if he does know it bugs you and still does it, then maybe you should take his phone and hit him over the head with it.

You're right, it's hard to express yourself when you're angry. Try taking a time out. Tell him that you're too angry to talk right now, take some time to collect your thoughts (maybe write some things down), and then talk with your boyfriend when you've calmed down. Also, ask him not to send you important messages via text. That just gives you time to stew and by the time you have a chance to talk face to face you're way too angry.

u need to get control over your anger so u don't say things u will regret later , best thing to do is go somewhere quiet and write down your feelings about whatever u r argueing about , then look at it and re-examine what u wrote , and re-write it in a manner that will help instead of hurting the one u love

Eventually you should talk to him sometime about your anger problem but for the problem at hand, I have heard people say it helps to first write down what you want to say, even if you never show him the letter. It will make things clearer for you.

Anger leads to the dark side ;P
It is true you can be manipulated when you are angry.
Also people tend to be stupid and blind when they are angry. You go girl!
Intimidated LMAO I have never in my life been intimidated.
